The service
md/convert is a free online tool, offered by Bas Engelborghs, that converts Markdown into other document formats. By using it you agree to these terms.
Your content
- You keep all rights to the text you convert and to the files you get back.
- You confirm that you are allowed to use and convert the text you submit.
- We don't store your content; see the privacy policy.
Fair use
Please don't:
- try to disrupt, overload or get around the limits of the service, for example with automated bulk requests;
- use the service to attack other systems or to access data you are not allowed to access;
- submit content that is illegal.
We may limit or block access when these rules are broken.
No guarantees
The service is provided free of charge and as is. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we can't guarantee that it will always work, or that every conversion will be complete and error-free. Check important documents before you use them.
Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for loss of data, profit or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence.
Advertising
The service may show ads to cover its costs. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; a link to an advertiser's site is not an endorsement.
Changes and law
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Belgium, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
